We are a small operation, so there is no contact form and no ticket number. Email us and we reply as fast as we can.
Useful things to write to us about:
- A listing on this site whose rating, duration or cancellation terms have changed. We would rather hear it from you than find it three months later.
- A park detail that looks out of date: fees, hours, a trail closure. We check the official DLNR page, but the state can change things between our checks.
- A question about the falls or the Hamakua Coast that none of our guides answers.
- Anything on the site you think is wrong. Especially that.
What we cannot do: take a booking, change a booking, or answer for an operator. We are not the tour operator. Every product on this site is sold and run by someone else, Wasabi Tours Hawaii, Aloha Aina Tours or the zipline operators, and their listing on GetYourGuide or Viator has a message button that reaches the people who actually hold your reservation. For anything about a booking you already made, that is always the faster route.
