Affiliate disclosure
The short version: some links here earn us a commission, you pay the same either way, and nobody pays to be featured.
Which links are affiliate links
Every "Check price & availability" button, and every in-text link that goes to a tour listing, points to GetYourGuide or Viator and carries our affiliate tag. If you book after clicking one, the platform pays us a percentage of its own commission. Your price is identical to the price you would see going to the listing directly.
GetYourGuide and Viator are the only affiliate networks on this site. If we ever add another, this page and the sitewide footer disclosure will name it before the first link goes live, not after.
What it does not change
- Inclusion. The eight listings here are the products we could verify on the two platforms and would stand behind. One listing was dropped during research because its rating was weak, and no operator was consulted about that decision.
- What we say about them. The site tells you, repeatedly, that you can visit the park yourself for $5 a person plus $10 to park. We earn nothing when you do that, and we still say it, because it is true.
- The zipline distinction. The ziplines near the park cross KoleKole Falls, not ʻAkaka Falls. That stays on every zipline page whether or not it costs a click.
- Operators cannot buy a position. None has been offered one, and none has asked.
Ratings, review counts and prices
Every rating and review count on this site is the platform's own figure, read off the live GetYourGuide or Viator listing and double-checked in two independent passes. We do not average them, round them up, or invent them where a listing shows none. Prices change with your date and your group, which is why most pages send you to the live listing instead of quoting a number; the listing is always the authority on what you will actually pay.
If you would rather not use our links
Search the operator's name on GetYourGuide or Viator directly and book there. We would genuinely rather you saw the falls. The guides and the park page work perfectly well as research whether or not you click anything.
